The Religion is in This Verse of the Noble Quran

This is a new series (1-5) of Verse No. in the Bible versus the Quran.

Verse No. 5 in the Old Testament says that God called the light "day," and the darkness he called "night." And there was evening, and there was morning'the first day.

Verse No. 5 in the New Testament says: and Salmon the father of Boaz by Rahab, and Boaz the father of Obed by Ruth, and Obed the father of Jesse,

Verse No. 5 in the Noble Quran says: you alone we worship; and you alone we ask for help.

----------------------

The verse No. 5 in the Old Testament is Genesis 1:5

The verse continues talking about the creation of the heavens and the earth,

it says: God called the light "day," and the darkness he called "night." And there was evening, and there was morning'the first day.

This is the First day in the Bible; in that day God created the light, and He saw that the light was good, and He separated the light from the darkness. God called the light "day," and the darkness he called "night." And there was evening, and there was morning'the first day.

The verse No. 5 in the New Testament is Matthew 1:5

The verse continues talking about the Genealogy of Jesus Christ, it says: and Salmon the father of Boaz by Rahab, and Boaz the father of Obed by Ruth, and Obed the father of Jesse,

Here again, there is a problem in writing the names in the different four versions of the Bible studied. Basically, the names of the people have no translation, they have to be written as they are pronounced.

In the four versions of the Bible studied we find the following:

Rahab and Boaz are found in three versions and they are written as Rachab and Booz in one version.

As I said in the previous articles (1-4), this is a consistent phenomenon that is the difference in writing and pronouncing the names of persons and places which is common throughout the different versions of the Bible.

Verse No. 5 in the Noble Quran is Chapter 1:5, Surah AL-FAATEHAH (THE KEY), 1:5

The verse says:

You alone we worship, and You alone we ask for help: that is to say, we reserve worship for You alone by way of acknowledging Your Oneness, Your Majesty, Your Power, Your Mercy etc., we turn to you as the only One God and we obey you; and we ask for Your assistance in worship and in and in everything and from You we obtain confidence in obeying You.

It is said that the faith is in this verse.

It is said that the religion in this verse.

Any Muslim recites this verse (as a part of the chapter one of the Quran) in his pray to Allah at least 17 times every day in his regular praying.

Muhammad said: when a Muslim recites in his pray:

"you alone we worship; and you alone we ask for help."

Allah replies him saying:

This is a private matter between me and my servant, and I will give my servant what he is asking for.

Why this is a private matter between Allah and His servants?

Because the faith is the function of the heart; and none knows what is inside your heart of faith save Allah.  The hypocrite may say: "you alone we worship; and you alone we ask for help." But who knows that he is lying save Allah?
